Performing with S.E.M. Ensemble. A little more about the program:

The S.E.M. Ensemble, directed by Petr Kotik, presents a program that examines the impact of one of the largest and most respected summer festivals of new and experimental music, Ostrava Days (Czech Republic), on many established and emerging American composers. The evening will include a screening of video from past festivals and a brief discussion with festival participants (6 pm), followed by a full-length concert performed by The Orchestra of the S.E.M. Ensemble, featuring works by Alvin Lucier, Lucie Vítková, Earle Brown, Christian Wolff, Anna Heflin and Petr Kotik (8 pm).
